This is the year-level index for 2026 development entries. Inside, each month gets its own subhub (May, with June and beyond coming as the work happens), and inside each month are weekly digest entries — multi-day summaries of what we shipped, what we broke, and what we learned.
The format is deliberately week-based rather than per-commit. A single Git commit rarely contains a useful narrative; a week’s worth of work usually does. Weekly digests pull from the agent reports — append-only raw logs from each specialist subagent (firmware, simulation, rl-lab, researchbest) — and synthesize them into something readable.
If you’re looking for the most recent work, start with the latest month. If you’re looking for the technical decisions behind a specific component, the architecture section is faster than scrolling through weekly digests. The dev-log is the narrative; the architecture pages are the reference.
