This section is the project’s forward-looking view. The dev-log is where finished work lands; the roadmap is where planned work lives, with enough detail that a partner or investor can tell whether the next six months will produce something useful. We aim for two properties: honest about constraints (what’s blocking us, what we don’t know how to do yet) and specific enough to be wrong (a roadmap that’s all hedges and “exploring opportunities in” prose isn’t a roadmap, it’s marketing).
The current visible page is H2 2026 — what we’re shipping between July and December. Prior periods will be archived here as the project progresses. We don’t publish roadmaps further out than two quarters because nothing past that survives contact with reality, and pretending otherwise wastes the reader’s time.
Two notes on what’s not in the roadmap:
- Outdoor flight, BVLOS, multi-kilometer range. These are real markets but with different physics, different regulations, and different cost structures. We’re not chasing them. Other platforms do this work well already.
- Multi-kilogram payloads. The airframe is sized for ~200 g of payload — a thermal camera, a small RGB camera, a sensor package. Carrying serious cargo requires a different vehicle.
If you’re evaluating partnership or investment, the most useful thing to do is read H2 2026 and then check whether the last few weeks of dev-log match the trajectory it describes. The roadmap is a claim; the dev-log is the evidence.
