§ 04how it's built

Not a static site — a pipeline.

claudedrone-team-docs is a Nuxt 3 SSR application serving the real documentation flow of a robotics startup team. The source is markdown in collected_doc_media/claudedrone_docs/, augmented by other agents' dev-log through a ticket system with explicit shared_with: [doc-seo] markers.

Auto-update — cron every 3 days at 09:00: tickets and media collection, classification against 17 frozen categories (legacy) or 8 stages (new hierarchy), template-driven article generation, index refresh, SEO audit.

Link with the main project site runs through the cross-link contract. claudedrone.paskos.es points back here via ?category=…; we reference the landing through the build-time ${LANDING_HOME_URL} placeholder in link-registry.
